Eight Labors
A religion spread throughout Ilica, the Eight Labors venerates gods of craft and toil as the foundations of society. With no leader, the Labors are instead a collective of temples dedicated to individual gods. These temples act as guilds for the respective professions of their gods, places of refinement and study. Cities build splendid temples to their most popular patrons: White Port boasts a grand temple dedicated to the Sailor, and the greatest master of the Caretaker’s teachings resides near Aurochs Rock.In the countryside, wandering priests and wayside shrines can be found, humbler dedications offering guidance and respite. The religion is especially popular among the commonfolk of Altalusia, and certain northern Free States...

Knights of Anathaeum
North and East of Crown’s Hold, in the wilds of the woods where the Vayd tree roots, resides a storied order. Once, the Knights of Anatheaum enjoyed patronage from noble houses and townships, who would offer not just gifts of coin, but sons and daughters eager to learn from Masters and Captains alike. Now, they are but a shadow of what they once were, past conflicts leaving a dark stain upon their record with the lords and ladies of the land. Still, they carry on, taking in those who would join them, and train them in those ways most old, so that some still stand to defend the Wylds, and all who call it home. Purpose Bound to no king and sworn to no lord, the Knights of Anathaeum give aid to those that have none and find honor and glory...
Ko, the Heavenly Father
The sheltering hand of the father, the heavenly light. He who shines brightest of all. The guiding star of the day sky. Ko, the sun itself. All gaze upon his glory, are beheld by his judgment. It is said that the visage of Ko is obfuscated by the Shroud, that his brilliance is too much for mortal eyes. To comprehend, to perceive him is to blind oneself. Still, depictions of Ko exist, likening his resemblance to that of the ancient Deva: towering above humes, face framed with horns that furl as a ram's, a personification of imposition. Ko's skin is said to be the void itself, perforated only by the radiance he exhumes. At times he is depicted with a tail, that of a lion's or scorpion's, interchangeable with the painted word. He sports...

Bound together by necessity as much as professional advantage, the ties between each Cazadore is often loose and transactional. Malcazadore Dens keep territories, as much as they house boons and bounties. Like so many mortal endeavores, resource, influence, and culture play key parts in how a Den spends and deals its coin. Rivalries arise over the best contracts. Conflicts occur around territory claims...
